• Evidence-based information and support with birth preferences, comfort measures and partner preparation

• Phone and email support throughout pregnancy and after your birth

• Continued emotional and physical support throughout labor and birth and 1-2 hours postpartum

• Pospartum home visit within two weeks after the birth
